All orders are custom-produced upon purchase.

- Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once placed
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any order
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- All details (size, color, design) are correct
- The purchase is for personal use
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which limits returns to damaged, defective, or incorrect items only.

All purchases are made directly with Meticulous, not Shopify. Shopify is not liable for any transactions, issues, or damages.

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our business:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Buyer preference
We only offer:
- Free replacements

Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery with photo/video proof.
