Returns

Because all of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse

Please double-check your sizing and order details before purchasing.


Damages and Issues

We’ve got your back if something goes wrong 👊

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:

  • Report the issue within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photo or video proof of the problem

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item qualifies (damaged/incorrect), we will replace it.
Otherwise, you will need to place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

However:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

Refunds

If your claim is approved:

  • You will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
