All products are made-to-order.

- This includes production and fulfillment time before shipping
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Delays

- Courier services
- Customs processing
- Public holidays
- Weather or unforeseen events
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email for most orders once your order has been shipped.
Please allow 1–3 days for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for:
- Lost packages confirmed as delivered
- Stolen packages after delivery
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your item:
- Please contact your local courier first
